Ideas for music video

Ed Sheeran - don't (Netsky remix)

Since this is a dance song it would be appropriate to have the video set during a party. however since Ed Sheeran is well known for featuring and singing in his videos, and also since this song focus greatly on the vocals it would also be appropriate to have someone singing in the video. Furthermore the song has a strong narrative potential (due to the lyrics being about the singer being cheated on) therefore it might be a good idea to take advantage of this and include some sort of narrative in our video.

One way of combining all of these elements would be one of the people in our group at home getting ready to leave to a party and on the way there (during the beginning acoustic section) then the drum & bass kick in he would be at the party looking for this girl only to find his girlfriend only to find her with another guy.

this would involve minimal props and would generally be easy, however there might be a problem with finding enough people for a party who would be willing to feature as extras in our video, as well as keeping the equipment safe at a party and on public transport, however it is possible.
